Southeast Team

I was looking through my phone and found this video. I meant to post it a long time ago, but I forgot and now seemed like the perfect time. While we were back at the office training we had a “BELL RITUAL” to celebrate confirmed bookings. At first I thought it was really silly to ring a bell after you get a screening agreement. But this is not any ordinary bell. It is loud and everyone cheers when they hear it!We make call after call, write email after email, and most times with very little in return. There is a LOT of leg work that goes into actually getting a screening booked. So when we finally find that person who is pumped up and returns the form in a timely fashion we have cause to celebrate. This video is a shout out to Mike Beachy at Harrison UMC for being awesome and actually returning the form so I could ring the bell! I wanted to share this because those of you out there that still have the screening agreements in your inbox, unsigned, incomplete, need to know that it may seem not so important to you, but means a lot to us. haha. We need these small glorious moments of child-like joy to draw upon when things get tough! Dedicated to my fellow Nomads who have booked on the road. I know you all feel like me, “Wish I was back at HQ to ring that bell!” Shoot, I booked 3 last week and had to live vicariously through my girl Brenda! So without further ado, RING THAT BELL!!!
